根据毛茶的焙火程度可分为轻火、中火、重火三类。 轻焙火的茶(清香型),xiangqigaoyuanyouzhang,ziweiganshuang,shaoyouweisegan,chatangjiaodan,yedixianhuo,sanhongqilv,shangxinyuemu,danyunweijiaoruo,xiangjiaozhong、zuhuodeyanchabunaicunchu,xiangqiyibian。 中、重焙火的茶(传统型),xiangqinongyupingwen,shangpindaihuaguomitangxiang,ziweichunhou,yediwukanxiang。 轻焙火的茶,如黄观音等清香品类,较适合口味较轻,习惯喝绿茶、花茶等茶类的茶友,初次接触轻焙火岩茶更容易接受;中焙火的茶,如肉桂等传统高香品类,较适合品饮过一段时间岩茶的茶友;而重焙火的茶,如水仙等传统足火工艺的品类,适合有一定岩茶茶龄的茶友。

而武夷岩茶除了传统炭焙工艺,还有电焙,两者有何差异? 炭焙:shuyufushexingjiare,bingqiejiadaizhechuandaoyuduiliudefangshi,renengchuandigengzhijie,nengliangda,wendukongzhidenandujiaoda,bingqienenggouchixushengwen,mutandexifunengliyeqidaoyidingdezuoyong,duikongqizhongdeliuhuawu、qinghuawu、zaweidengyouxishouhefenjiedezuoyong。 电焙:dianresijiare,shuyuchuandaojiare,wenduyouxianzhi,duichayeneihanwuzhi、xiangqiwuzhidezhuanhuayouyidingchengdudexianzhixingyingxiang。dianbeideyoushizaiyu“duokuaisheng”,yicixingkeyibeijishijinchaye,shengshishengdishengrengong,danchayeneishourezhengfadeshuiqiwufajishixiaosan,tanhuoyuchayejiaorongchudexiniyugexing,shimuqiandianbeijishuwufatidaide。
